1. How do I join Baqueteros Macizos?

We're always looking to grow the Baqueteros Macizos family! You can join by following us on Instagram @baqueterosmacizos and tagging us in your gear or playing videos. We often spotlight loyal drummers and artists who represent the culture and energy of our brand. Want to take it further? Shoot us a DM or email to explore sponsorship or collaboration opportunities. Acceptance into BM is decided by current members & Board of Directors. 


2. What is Feature Friday?

Feature Friday is our weekly social media spotlight where we feature one drummer from the Baqueteros community every Friday. Whether you're rocking our gear or repping your own unique style, we love showcasing real talent. Tag us or use #BaqueterosMacizos / #PuroBM for a chance to be featured!

4. How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed. You’ll receive a tracking number once your package ships.


5. Do you offer international shipping?

No! Sorry. 


6. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.


7. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

8. How do I start a return?

To start a return, please email us at baqueterosmacizos21@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.


9. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us immediately at baqueterosmacizos21@gmail.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll take care of it.


10. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to cancel or change your order, email us as soon as possible at baqueterosmacizos21@gmail.com. If the order has already shipped, we are unable to make changes.


11. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options through our website.
